Job Description:
As a Senior PR Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic communications initiatives for two of the agency's largest interior clients, alongside managing a diverse portfolio of other consumer and lifestyle brands. Reporting to the Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated PR campaigns that align with client objectives, drive brand visibility, and enhance reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for designated clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive PR strategies and plans that integrate seamlessly with clients' overall marketing objectives.
- Lead the execution of PR campaigns across multiple channels including media relations, influencer engagement, events, and digital platforms.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, securing high-impact coverage across digital and broadcast outlets.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content including press releases and thought leadership articles
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard.
- Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to deliver maximum ROI.
- Track and measure campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
Requirements:
- You are currently a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager with experience working in a PR agency environment, with a proven track record of managing consumer lifestyle clients and previous exposure to interior clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, deliver strategic counsel, and drive campaign success.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and execute integrated PR campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Established relationships with key media contacts across lifestyle, design, and consumer sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
- Experience leading and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
