Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to build and maintain partner relationships; we will encourage creativity to present new solutions with a test and learn mentality; and in return will look for a balance between excellent execution of BU priorities with a strategic approach to ensure sustainable consumer sales growth. This role reports to UKI Sales Director as a key member of the extended Sales leadership team. Responsibilities for the assigned channel will include a contribution to the development and future readiness of our total UKI organisation. Core Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for end-to-end Account Management of one of our largest strategic accounts in UK
  • Direct people leadership and development of a Channel Key Account Executive, as well as first-point-of-call leadership of the channel team
  • Build relationships across a wide variety of internal and external partner functions.
  • Utilise relationships to implement specific retailer plans and support company initiatives.
  • Lead external discussion of investments via annual joint business plans as well as day to day collaboration to ensure strong return on investments.
  • Own your individual development targeting priority competencies whilst keeping up with emerging trends.

Do you have what it takes?

  • In-depth strong commercial experience in sales or a related commercial function.
  • A consistent track record of outstanding business results and high accountability.
  • An ability to communicate clearly to convince backed up by relevant and data, a strong analytical approach is critical in this role.
  • A balance of short-term results focus, and long-term strategic work.
  • Effective relationship building skills with a collaborative approach to partners.
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple partners.
  • Proven success as a leader prioritising development of others to empower teamwork that drives success.
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • An ability to work 3 days from our office in Slough (2 days from home).
