Role Overview: As the Senior Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technology team, driving strategy, and delivering exceptional results for clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B and corporate tech communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 professionals, providing strategic direction and guidance.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing client servicing, strategy development, and campaign execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and senior stakeholders.
- Develop integrated communications strategies that align PR, social media, and digital efforts.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and secure new business.
- Manage budgets exceeding £1 million, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering against financial targets.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience at Director level within a PR agency, with a focus on B2B technology and corporate communications.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large budgets and portfolios within a PR agency environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strategic thinker with experience in developing integrated communications strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Commercially savvy with a proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
