Practice Coordinator Job in Chelsea, London
Practice Coordinator job now available, with an architectural and design consultancy based in Chelsea, London. Offering £33,000 to £35,000 with continued development opportunities.
With a prestigious client base stretching across prime areas of London, including the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, the practice has developed a strong reputation for delivering some of the most luxurious and bespoke properties.
Role & Responsibilities
- To assist in the management and coordination of the practice
- Report to the Practice Manager
- Support and working efficiently with the administration team
- To organise events for both the internal and external side of the business
- Carry out general reception duties, welcoming all in and out of the practice
- Meeting and greeting guests on arrival and ensuring all are facilitated
- To manage the day-to-day switchboard and liaising IT as required
- Maintaining and managing meeting rooms
- To organise catering and refreshments for meetings
- Manage all post and postal facilities
- Managing day-to-day stock levels of all stationery and consumables
- Assist with purchase ledger activities, including reconciling direct debits and petty cash
- To act as the main point of contact for all employees and be the go-to with event management encouraging all employees to feel involved and motivated to attend
- To send out event communication to the practice, weekly and monthly and to make sure everyone is updated and aware
- Manage the practices CPD’s and build relationships with external contacts to secure bookings
- Organise and execute monthly and quarterly external events for the practice
- For all events, bearing the budget in mind and ensuring the practice is consistently managing expenditure.
Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a professional office environment
- Experience supporting an Office Manager
- Must have strong Microsoft Office skills and be eager to learn new systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Able to prioritise workload and have a self-motivated mindset
- Photoshop and InDesign skills are desirable
- Previous experience working in an architectural or design environment would be highly beneficial but not essential.
