An independent business operations consultancy that works with clients to deliver customised solutions to resolve performance challenges is seeking a Practice Director. This highly successful and reputable company works with it's clients to implement change and tackle operational issues head-on to improve output, improve productivity and leave behind a legacy of tangible and sustainable performance improvement. They change ways of working at a supervisory level.

In the role you will have responsibility for finding and securing new business along with maximising the profitability of existing accounts.

You will also have responsibility for transformation projects and engaging clients at c-level along with overall responsibility for a talented team of Project Managers and Consultants that will work on building the capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver sustainable results.

What you will need -

• 10+ years Consulting experience
• Experience in creating sales pipeline to reach annual sales targets and quota by leveraging client relationships
• Expertise in analysing client businesses to determine how to improve profitability, efficiency, quality, or other measures of success
• The ability to develop and executing long-term plans for the company’s growth and development
• The ability to build and nurture trusted client relationships to maximise accounts
• The role requires significant time on client sites across the UK

What you will receive -

• A competitive salary with an OTE of £215,000 comprising basic pay, commission and car allowance, plus BUPA, Company Pension Contribution and Life Assurance
• Uncapped Commission Scheme, with accelerators for over-performance

• 25 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year after 3 calendar years, up to a maximum of 30 days
