SalaryAn amazing opportunity has arisen for a Practice Director / Lead to join one of the most respected consultancies within the change management and transformation world. (OTE £215K+)
You will preferably have a minimum of ten years consulting experience within change management and transformation with a number of these years leading teams and leveraging client relationships. You will have a focus on creating sales pipelines and hitting targets connected to a successful history of delivering change management and transformation projects. You will analyse your clients business and then provide performance improvement solutions to maximise their operational efficiencies. Once your team is engaged on the project - you will still overview their performance and ensure a smooth delivery.
This is the perfect opportunity for a Change Management / Transformation Practice Lead or Manager to join a smaller consultancy to move into a Director role with even the potential of equity shares in the future. Or for an experienced Director looking to join a motivated and growing company. Your OTE is £215k - but with commision on new business uncapped - the sky is the limit!

This role does require a candidate who is happy to travel. Whilst the majority of travel is UK based - there may also be periods of time you are required to be away from home.
