We are currently seeking an qualified and experienced Social Care Practice Lead to manage and supervise a cohort of Personal Advisors within the Children in Care and Care Leavers team.
The Practice Lead is responsible to the Principal Manager.
This role will also consist of supporting social workers within the team and covering duty rota for children in care side of the service.
Experience

• Experience of working with children and families in a statutory setting
• Experience of supervising students and or staff
• Child protection work
• Multi Agency/partnership working
• Managing competing priorities and working under pressure
