Practice Manager

Exciting Practice Manager opportunity with a very forward-thinking and progressive GP Practice in Otley. Help run a smooth operation for a local community of patients. Make a difference in a practice that is renowned for delivering high quality patient care.

Your role will involve continually moving the business forward. There is support in place to help with a lot of the day-to-day responsibilities and you will focus on continually looking for ways to help improve the practice and differentiating the surgery from others in the area.

Primary Care management experience is essential, however, this role is perfect for anyone who wants to work amongst a brilliant partnership and enjoys leading an established team!

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays

Your role -

• Practice Manager, Full-time
• Heavily involved in driving the practice forward with help and support for the day-to-day responsibilities
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
• Be involved in HR, finance, CQC, recruitment, estates, etc.
• Keep taking the surgery from strength to strength
