Your Impact:

- Grow practice revenues, examples include:
- Improving practice efficiency
- Monitoring and reviewing practice growth metrics with the practice owner
- Recruiting
- Purchase and spend in line with profit margin goals
Day to day roles may include but not limited to:
- Oversee clinic operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience
- Empower and manage a dedicated professional team
- Implementing KPI's
- Chair and minute regular team meetings, operation meetings and clinician meetings
- Recruitment, staff induction, training and appraisals
- Ensuring and maintaining practice compliance
- Improvement of existing workflows
- Stock management/delegation
- Implement strategies to surpass patient and clinic goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven management and leadership skills (ideally with a dental practice experience although this is not essential)
- A track record of enhancing service delivery
- Understanding of how to generate income and control costs
- Proficient in clinic administrative functions
- Commitment to personal and team excellence
- Attention to detail
Working hours, salary range, perks and bonus scheme:
- You will be given trust, autonomy and flexibility to do your work
- This is a full time and permanent role
- This can be a hybrid role (opportunity to work from home and in the practice)
- £31,000 to £42,000 per year basic full-time salary
- You will enjoy an annual performance related bonus linked to exceeding patient expectations
- 21 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays
