Practice Manager/PA | Harley Street, London | Full Time 8:30am – 5:30pm | £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
Are you an adept multitasker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for healthcare and property management?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned Senior Consultant Psychiatrist based at The Department of Psychological Medicine.
You will be the linchpin of the practice, overseeing administrative, operational, and financial facets. Your role extends to managing the prestigious property on Harley Street, liaising with leaseholders and therapists, and maintaining the Doctor’s residential property portfolio.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Proven experience in healthcare, financial control, and property management
- CQC experience is highly desirable
- Experience with Semble (Private Practice software) or the capacity to learn this system quickly.
- Proficiency in financial software, specifically Xero
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Advanced financial management and analytical skills
- Proficient in property management and maintenance coordination
- Exceptional time management and prioritization capabilities
What will your role look like?
Administrative and Operational Support:
- Efficiently coordinate the Doctor’s professional schedule
- Supervise and support the administrative team
- Maintain confidentiality in communications and documentation
Practice and House Management:
- Oversee daily operations and compliance at the practice
- Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders and therapists
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and facility management
Financial Management:
- Manage invoicing, billing, and financial transactions using Xero
- Maintain comprehensive financial records for the Doctor’s residential properties
- Liaise with financial professionals for accurate reporting and compliance
Property Portfolio Management:
- Oversee maintenance and management of residential properties
- Ensure timely resolution of property-related issues
- Uphold high standards of property care and tenant satisfaction
