Clinical Duties:
•Childhood Immunisations: Administer crucial childhood immunisations, promoting preventive healthcare.
•Chronic Disease Management: Manage chronic conditions actively, providing continuous patient support for enhanced well-being.
•Health Assessments: Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings, enabling early detection and intervention for various health concerns.
•Wound Care: Utilize expertise in wound care management, ensuring optimal healing for patients with diverse medical needs.
•Vaccinations: Administer routine vaccinations across all age groups, contributing to community-wide immunization efforts.
•Patient Education: Empower patients through informative sessions, fostering a collaborative approach to healthcare.
