Salary To conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to inform decision making and care planning, whilst managing risk. To formulate plans for psychological treatment and share these with the patient both verbally and in written form. To provide evidence-based psychological interventions for individuals, involving carers and other family members where appropriate. To help co-facilitate and further develop the Pain Management Programme, Body Reprogramming group and Mindfulness Programmes.
To provide advice, guidance and consultation on psychological aspects of patient care to colleagues, other service providers, patients and their partners/families where appropriate. To use pain-related questionnaires to help inform clinical assessment and to monitor patient progress and outcomes.
