The successful candidate will handle an interesting caseload of subrogated recovery work for a variety of insurance clients, as well as handling property damage claims and some motor recovery claims.
The ideal candidate for this role will be at the NQ-2 years PQE with prior experience in handling pre and post-litigated recovery files for insurer clients. Previous experience in defending low-value property damage claims would also be beneficial. The team requires someone with a good understanding of the processes in relation to drafting court documents and can adhere to deadlines in accordance with court timetables.
