A leading Nottingham hospital is looking to recruit a Pre-Assessment Lead to join their team on a full-time basis.
About the Pre-Assessment Lead :
- Provide leadership for the Pre-assessment Department
- Develop excellent working relationships with staff, Consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Provide effective motivation, monitoring and support for the Pre-assessment team
What we're looking for in a Pre-Assessment Lead:
- Experience in a Lead role
- Registered Nurse with the NMC
- Strong clinical background
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards
- Knowledge of quality frameworks
- Coaching, mentoring and staff development skills
