Build a Rewarding Career.

Doing things differently.

Pre-Award Coordinator

Grade G: (£31,607 - £36,371 p.a. pro rata)

Full-time/Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a Pre-Award Coordinator to join our NTU Research Office. Pre-Award is a growing and highly collaborative team within NTU Research, working to oversee the institution-wide approval and submission of funding bids to various external funding sources. Our Pre-Award Coordinators offer specialised research application guidance to academics, including the review of funder guidelines, crafting detailed budgets, conducting due diligence checks, and initiating contract proceedings upon securing research funding. Our team prides itself on working to high standards and is fundamental to meeting the Universitys research aspirations.

Whilst this is not a fully remote role, and campus working is required, the Pre-Award team operates a hybrid model of working.

In your supporting statement, please detail how you fulfill the Essential and Desirable criteria for the role and discuss the key challenges currently affecting higher education institutions.

For more details, please take a look at the role profile. We'll still consider applications even if you don't meet every single one of the requirements, so don't be put off if you don't match them perfectly.
