Pre-sales / Sales - Global Operations Manager - London - Hybrid working - £65k pa
Our client, who is a Global Communications Solutions company, is looking for an experienced Global Sales Operations Manager to join their expanding team based in London.
You will be responsible for Customer Success, Delivery and support management throughout the customer lifecycle. You will lead the team and manage the engagement with Partners and Stakeholders.
It is expected that you will have at least 2 years experience working as a Global Operations Manager dealing with:
Sales / Pre-Sales, Contracts, Customer on-boarding, Partner Pricing, Quotations, CRM admin, Project Management, Board Reporting, Bid Management. In addition experience of reviewing, drafting and managing commercial documentation as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
This role is a hybrid working role.
