Sky Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Pressure Washer in our highly valued client in DE21 - Derby
We are seeking a skilled Pressure Washer to join our team. As a Pressure Washer, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various rail overhaul products using high-pressure water spray equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
£11.60 Per hour
8:00am - 5:00pm - Monday to Thursdays
8:00am - 2:30pm - Friday
Duties:
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean and remove dirt, grime, and debris from rail overhaul products
- Assess surfaces to determine the appropriate pressure and cleaning solution needed
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Use pallet trucks to move products around the warehouse to and from the wash bays
Skills
- Previous experience operating pressure washing equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Communication skills
- Good timekeeping
