Pricing & Performance Analyst

Pod Talent are excited to be working with an established international construction materials manufacturer with nearly 10,000 global employees who are looking for a Pricing & Performance Analyst to join their team in Milton Keynes.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform pricing decisions and analyse sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

As a Pricing & Performance Analyst, your key responsibilities include:

• Create pricing reports and presentations to communicate pricing recommendations
• Monitor pricing performance and track progress against goals
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide guidance on pricing negotiations with customers or partners
• Analysing pricing strategies and market trends to determine optimal pricing for products and services

Requirements

• Experience using SAP and data analysis (SAP Hana experience is a plus)
• Able to liaise with senior stakeholders as well as build relationships with various teams in the business
• Strong analytical skills and problem solver
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
