At Kinnoull Primary, we believe team working and a friendly, productive atmosphere create a happy school.
Our school office is the first contact most learners, parents and visitors have with Kinnoull and we strive to provide a warm, welcoming and efficient service.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and organised person to join our small office team.
The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with learners, staff, parents and visitors.
A good working knowledge of IT systems/programmes and the ability to plan, organise and manage office-based tasks is important.
Knowledge and understanding of financial processes and transactions would also be beneficial.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a Primary School and have knowledge of child protection issues.
It is anticipated that interviews for this position will be held during the week beginning Monday 18 March at Kinnoull Primary School.
