Supply Desk are looking to place a Primary Supply Teacher in the area of Chalfont St Giles who has a passion for teaching and is able to motivate a classroom to learn. To be successful you must:
- Have previous experience working in a school environment
- Have an updated DBS (this can be arranged if not up-to-date)
- Be open to different year groups
- Be confident meeting new people and working in different environments
- Have a strong work ethic and a passion for teaching
- Have good behaviour management
- Good knowledge of the Key stage 1 and Key stage 2 curriculum
Your role:
- Making sure pupils receive a consistently high standard of education and ensuring this is being monitored with the pupil s progression
- Adhere to the school s policies and procedures and implement them on a daily basis.
- Working 1-1 with students, in small groups or helping with a class collectively
- Helping students develop life skills while keeping them encouraged and engaged
- Leading lessons and making sure that your teaching styles vary to suit all the pupils in the classroom
