Full-Time Primary Teacher

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full-Time Primary Teacher with QTS to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum, catering to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking are encouraged and celebrated.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, effectively communicating progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing teaching and learning outcomes.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to inspire and empower young learners to reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and resilience.
- Commitment to upholding the values and ethos of the school and promoting a culture of inclusivity, respect, and excellence.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
