We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum, engaging and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged appropriately.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to promote active learning, critical thinking, and independent inquiry.
- Assess students' progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum and pedagogy.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive and orderly learning environment.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of every child.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
