The schools we are looking and recruiting the best teachers possible, that want to progress and get the optimum out of each of their pupils. I am currently working with three schools that already have positions available and are open to recruiting either experienced teachers or Early Career Teachers (ECTs)

Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or pending completion of PGCE.

Observation and interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited into the school for a lesson observation (typically 1 hour long, numeracy or literacy lesson). Following this, you will then be interviewed by the school SLT. This process allows you to understand the school and get a true indication of the day-to-day running of the school.
