Progressive organisation seeks experienced Lawyer to join their in-house legal team.
As Principal Lawyer you will take the strategic lead on legal matters related to complex projects and play a crucial role in ensuring their efficient implementation and delivery.

Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate and interpret high value commercial contracts
- Lead the provision of legal advice and support for complex projects
- Advise on contracts, procurementand partnerships
- Provide proactive, comprehensive legal advice, ensuring statutory compliance
- Prepare and present training to elected members and officers

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister or full CILEX (Fellowship).
- Post-qualification experience, ideally in a public sector organization
- Strong commercial/corporate experience
