I am working with a client in the South of the UK who are looking for a Principal Development Control Engineer on an initial 6 month basis ( Rolling) to assist with a range of S278/38 works.
What will you do?
- Offering specialized engineering guidance for highway development management endeavors
- Guiding negotiations with developers to secure financial backing through s278 and s38 agreements
- Overseeing the project management of expansive highway development initiatives
What's in it for you?
My client is more than happy to provide the following for the right candidate:
50-55/hr (Inside IR35)
Hybrid working (1 day, bi-weekly)
