Form of workSellick Partnership are currently recruiting to an excellent opportunity for a Principal Housing Lawyer to join a large local authority based in Wales.
As Principal Housing Lawyer you will be responsible for managing a small team, as well as looking after your own caseload of housing law matters, which include but not limited to:
- Disrepair
- Breach of tenancy agreements
- Homelessness
- Anti-social behaviour
- General housing law advice
This role may include some hybrid attendance at office/court, however can offer a lot of flexibility.
Experience gained within a local government or housing association setting is desirable, however experience gained within the private sector can also be considered.
