Principal Planner DM

My client based near Berkshire is looking for an experienced Principal Planning Officer who is comfortable with major applications, this position is going to require you to deal with cases from 500-1000 dwellings. Some further details include:
 
Role Specific

- Inside IR35 
·Flexible working
·37 hours per week  
·Hourly rate - approx. £55-60 per hour
·Applications sizes varying from small majors up to 1000 units
