Principal Planning Enforcement Officer

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the Oxfordshire area who are looking for a Principal Enforcement Officer to come and join the team.
Duties of the role include:

• Significant experience in Planning Enforcement, dealing with the most complex cases.
• Experience of issuing formal notices and representing the Council at appeal and Court.
• To assist the Enforcement Team Leader in the mentoring and development of junior staff.
• Attendance at the office/site 2 days per week.
