JOIN MERTON COUNCIL’S HOUSING ENFORCEMENT TEAM AND HELP SHAPE OUR NEW SERVICE!
Are you ready for a change? Looking for a challenge? Then look no further! Merton are recruiting to several posts within Housing Enforcement including an entirely new team to manage the introduction of Landlord Licensing!
Whilst most private landlords provide quality accommodation to our residents, there are some landlords who do not. As part of our ongoing commitment to our residents in private sector housing (PSH) the Council confirmed landlord licensing in several of the worst affected wards in the borough.
We want to hear from motivated, driven, flexible professionals who have the skills and experience to work collaboratively with a range of partners to make a difference for the residents of Merton.
