Principal Planning Officer

My client based near Surrey is looking for an experienced Principal Planning Officer who is comfortable with major applications. The contract is to cover a maternity leave. 
 
Job role:

• £55 per hour (Inside IR35) 
• One site visit per week 
• 9-month contract 
• Surrey based council

Applications:

• Processing Major Applications ranging from 20 units to 200 units in size.
• Mixture of residential and commercial applications.
