Principal Qms Compliance Lead

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Principal QMS Compliance Lead to join our dedicated team in Loughborough.

As a Principal QMS Compliance Lead, you will oversee Aspire Pharma Limited's compliance with EU and UK GXP/ISO standards, managing QMS software and supporting staff in their daily activities. You will ensure proper training and goal achievement, handling tasks such as documentation control, change control, and non-conformance/deviations. Additionally, you will conduct internal audits, participate in inspections and audits, and regularly report to senior management on company performance and GXP/ISO compliance issues.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday: 09:00- 17:00

Principal QMS Compliance Lead Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years experience working in Quality Assurance with Medicinal Products and Medical Devices.
* Experience maintaining an ISO or EU and UK GXP Quality Management System (QPulse desirable).
* Excellent verbal and written skills, with ability to communicate effectively within Aspire Pharma Limited, with Regulatory Authorities, Approved Bodies, Notified Bodies, vendors and customers.
* Team management skills and strong time/workload management, with experience managing hybrid teams (on site and remote) desirable.
* Good attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
