Job Title: Private Client Legal Secretary

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000

Location: Solihull

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to present a fantastic new role for a Private Client Legal Secretary. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to join a thriving Law Firm. To be considered you must have previous experience working in a similar environment.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team to provide professional support.
• Plan and organise meetings, appointments as well as general diary management.
• Ensuring all correspondence and work provided by the legal team is done to the highest standard.
• Audio and copy typing.
• Handling and preparing legal documentation.
• Ad hoc Legal Sec Admin duties.

Candidate Criteria:

• Previous experience as a secretary in a legal environment is desirable.
• A good attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately is key.
• The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
• A positive, motivated attitude.
