Private Client Associate

We are looking for a Private Wealth Associate to join a City law firm in their Private Wealth team who are Legal500 ranked.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate to join a noted Private Wealth team to advise on UK and international high net worth and ultra high net worth families. The multi award winning team also helps international families and UK families with international assets to manage their family structures and plan their futures.

As an Associate, you will be:

• Meeting with and advising clients on a wide range of private wealth matters;
• Drafting letters of advice, wills and letters of wishes, powers of attorney, trusts, deeds of appointment etc.
• Working with clients on wills, succession and tax planning;
• Working with UK and international families; entrepreneurs and their key advisors;
• Supervising, managing and delegating where appropriate to junior members of staff;
• Managing and progressing their own caseload; and
• Ensuring Client Partners are kept informed of client matters.

Associates will be STEP qualified or working towards their STEP qualification, and have detailed knowledge of UK taxation relevant to Trusts and Estates and Estates Planning. You will have plenty of experience with drafting Wills and Trusts and administration of Estates.
