Private Client Fee Earner

Job title:Fee Earner Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent.

Department: Private Client - Wills Trusts Probate

A well-established Wirral provider of legal services is seeking a Private Client Fee Earner to become part of their dynamic team.

Experience essential:

• All aspects of probate, Will drafting, tax planning and estate administration including Powers of Attorney.
• Advising on all aspects of trusts, including lifetime trusts, will trusts, and trusts for elderly clients, as well as drafting, administration, and taxation matters.
• Able to handle and oversee all elements of their caseload, including making suitable decisions that require the use of judgment.
• Must possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Flexible working hours with a hybrid working model.

Salary 32k - 38k +
