The Company:
Our client is a UK leading law firm specialising at settling claims in a timely an effective manner
They are looking for some to join the housing disrepair department as a Fee Earner. The Fee Earner role will require someone with experience in a Claimant Law Firm dealing with litigated files.
What we are looking for within the role:
* The ability to effectively deal with a large caseload in a forensic and analytical style.
* The ability to successfully study and research cases while also following through on the cases all the way to conclusion.
* Previous litigation is essential while running a housing disrepair caseload would be advantageous.
* Experience at successfully hitting targets.
* Past claimant experience in a law firm would be beneficial.
* Experience with proclaim would be beneficial.
