Due to consistent growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary who is confident in their abilities, and who can seamlessly become an integral member of this welcoming and friendly team.
This is fantastic role that will enable YOU to progress and develop your pre-existing skills within a firm that values and supports one another.
Based in their Ashford offices, you will provide key support to partners and associates within the Private Client team, completing a varied and diverse range of tasks including:
* Audio dictation
* Copy typing
* Arranging appointments
* Dealing with client queries in person and by phone
* Prepping of correspondence by audio typing
* Filing
* Photos
* Opening and closing client files
* Closing working relationship with fee earners
* Maintaining diaries
* General office duties
Location: Ashford
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Salary: £21,000 - £23,500
