Private Client Paralegal

Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a leading law firm who are seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their successful Shirley firm.

You will be dealing with a varied caseload including matters relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, Wills, and Estate Administration. You will be progressing your own matters and also supporting senior fee-earners in more complex cases and ensuring accurate and speedy turnaround of work, responding promptly to clients and colleagues.

Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have at least 2 years' experience in conducting your own caseload of Private Client matters including drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and assisting on Estate Administration matters. You must have a keen eye for detail and have a positive approach to your work.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and free secure parking is available.
