With this fast-paced role, Private Client insurance experience at a handler/executive level will be an advantage but the key will be your innate qualities and skills that will help you succeed. As a minimum expectation, you will need a broad range of personal lines insurance products and have handled insurance for HNW clients.
Working with specialist high/ultra-high net worth customers, you’ll need to demonstrate an understanding of the risk profile of these individuals.
To ensure you’re creating maximum value for your clients, you’ll need to be an exceptional communicator, excellent at building strong relationships internally and externally. The company has succeeded because they invest in long and in-depth client relationships, often lasting decades.
