SalaryBased in office 5 days a week your role will involve but is not limited too the following:
- Management of your own caseload and new enquiries
- Experience dealing with all types of Private Client matters, including: Wills and estate, Trusts, Tax planning and inheritance estate
- Experience with applications to the Court of Protection e.g., statutory wills, would be beneficia
- Take part in networking and Business Development
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Responsible for assisting the department head in lead generation
- Work closely with residential property team to build caseloads
- STEP qualification is highly desirable but is not essential.
- Ability to deal with time sensitive matters with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient across areas such as wills, tax and probate
- Proficiently able to handle a high volume of cases confidently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will have drive and demonstrate the ability to produce a high standard of work
- Ability to network and drive your business development
- Be a strong team player
