My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Birmingham, they have a long-standing client base and have acted for generations of local families. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Private Client matters including, but not limited to, high net worth, complex tax planning and trusts work through to the more traditional areas of estate administration and wills, it will be a diverse caseload of high quality local, regional, and national instructions for a varied portfolio of clients.
They are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will be 6 or more PQE experience in Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyships.
This role offers a thrilling opportunity that encompasses more than just generating high net worth fees. It involves overseeing fellow lawyers within the team, alongside engaging in networking and business development endeavours.
Requirements:
- Likely to be STEP qualified or in the process of gaining this.
- A proven track record of supervising less experienced Private Client lawyers or the interpersonal skills that mean you will find this aspect to the role both exciting and rewarding.
- Expertise in trusts, estate planning and administration.
