Job Title:Private Client Solicitor

Salary: Starting from £35,000 +

We are currently seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join our team. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, providing expert legal advice and support to individuals and families on a wide range of personal legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met effectively.
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trust deeds, and probate applications, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct estate planning and wealth management strategies to minimize tax liabilities and preserve assets for future generations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing empathetic and supportive assistance during sensitive and challenging times.
Requirements:
- 2 years' minimum fee earning experience
- Qualifications are desirable but not necessarily.
- Sound knowledge and experience in handling a broad range of Private Client matters.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a busy caseload effectively.
- Membership of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) or willingness to work towards accreditation preferred.
