Private Client Solicitor

Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking an Private Client Solicitor for their Legal 500 leading firm for their developing team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a full-time permanent job opportunity with hybrid working, career progression and a comprehensive benefits package to include Private Health Care, death in service and 25 days leave plus bank holidays.

Role Responsibilities

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a growing Legal 500 Private Client team. You will work directly with the Head of Department and manage a full caseload of excellent quality Private Client work to include:

• Advising on complex inheritance tax issues
• Drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney
• Dealing with estate administration
• Applications to the court of protection.

Person Specification

Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE. In addition, as the incoming Private Client Solicitor you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Experience in a range of Private Client issues gained at a leading regional or national firm
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Be a team player
• Experience in business development, marketing and networking
• The right candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working under their own initiative, be commercially astute and able to demonstrate key business development skills.
