SalaryJob Description: My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their dynamic team in Sevenoaks. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, providing comprehensive legal advice and support on matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and tax.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a range of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and tax.
- Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Represent clients in negotiations and, where necessary, in court.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and legal developments.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to provide integrated advice.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and client events.
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Private Client law.
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and tax.
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to client care and service delivery.
- STEP qualification or willingness to work towards it is an advantage.
