SalaryA highly respected and experienced legal firm in Manchester are hiring for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of experience to join a dynamic, friendly and close-knit team and for someone looking to progress their career further within a collaborative environment.
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for a full caseload of Private Client work including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate, trusts and Court of Protection matters. This will also include daily contact with clients and third parties and providing excellent legal advice on a wide range of matters.
Requirements:
- Currently working at or close to Associate level.
- Demonstrable experience in Private Client Services within a law firm.
- Experienced in managing your own caseload of Private Client matters.
- Excellent client care skills.
- STEP qualified
- Ideally experience of mentoring juniors or newly trained members of the team.
- Understanding of client capacity laws is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
