The Client:
Our client is an esteemed law firm, commitment to delivering exceptional legal services in residential property, family law, wills & probate, and commercial property.
The Role:
As a Solicitor / Legal Executive in a Private Client department, you will play a pivotal role in executing a range of wills & probate task and making a valuable contribution to the firms operations.
Responsibilities:
* Drafting wills and creating trusts.
* Formulating powers of attorney.
* Managing estate administration.
* Offering advice on inheritance tax matters.
* Ensuring clients are regularly informed about the progress of their cases.
* Implementing marketing strategies to boost team revenue, including generating articles and content.
* Contributing to the training and development of team members.
* Providing support to other colleagues within the firm as needed.
* Mitigating risk in handling various tasks and ensuring adherence to the firms risk and file management procedures.
* Executing all responsibilities in line with documented procedures and systems outlined in the office manual and the firms training seminars.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Experienced Solicitor, NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive, or in a similar role.
* Experience working in a Private Client department or Ideally a STEP member
* Capable of independently managing a case load.
* Open to utilising the firms practice and case management system.
* Skilled in IT.
