Description
Key responsibilities as a Private Equity Professional Support Lawyer will include:
- Developing and maintaining precedent standard forms and precedent documents.
- Identifying Private Equity-related training needs of the Group, organising, designing and delivering training.
- Monitoring and keeping the Group informed about important developments in the law or business environment.
- Establishing processes to capture matter description and categorisations in the Matter Profiling System.
- Identifying opportunities to develop business from new and existing clients through articles, briefing notes etc.
Profile
A successful Private Equity Professional Support Lawyer should have:
- Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, having practices as a solicitor in Private Equity transactions.
- Competent with typical law firm technology tools.
- Commercial awareness and client orientated approach.
- Well-developed organisational and communication skills.
