Corporate M&A/Private Equity Associate - Us Law Firm

My client are a top tier US Law Firm They are looking to add a strong 2-5 PQE corporate associate to their extremely busy team in London.
The team covers a big-ticket M&A transactions and Private Equity investment (LBO and minority) in a wide range of sectors including healthcare, technology, retail & consumer and hospitality.
The successful candidate will be joining a highly successful team regularly advising financial sponsors and multinational corporates on high value transactions in the UK and internationally.
Candidates must have at least 3 years PQE, alongside exceptional academics and a track record of working within a top tier corporate practice.
My client have a preference for candidates who are UK qualified but will consider commonwealth qualified lawyers (Australia, New Zealand or South Africa) with relevant experience.
