An opportunity for a mid-level Private Equity Associate to join a leading US Law Firm in their Central London office.

Our client is one of the world's largest law firms and one of Americas most successful law firms.
This originally 'white-shoe' law firm has grown to become a global powerhouse, servicing clients across over 20 offices in 4 continents including Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Their Global Private Equity Group are looking for an experienced Private Equity Associate to join their growing and award-winning team.
The Opportunity
Their Private Equity practice has been repeatedly recognised and awarded for its expertise in the field with many of their lawyers individually accredited for acting as leading individuals in the space across Europe and the USA.
Their market-leading team advises Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies at all stages of the downstream investment cycle including leverage buyouts, co and minority investments, management incentive plans, financings and refinancings, bolt-on investments, management change, recaps and more.
The position will involve:
- Drafting and negotiating locked box and completion accounts SPAs
- Management incentive documents for European MIPs
- Investor termsheets and shareholders' agreements
- Reviewing and commenting on structure papers, funds flows and funding document
- Supervising juniors on NDAs, engagement letters, disclosure letters, diligence reports and other ancillary documents where needed
The role would suit an experienced and ambitious Private Equity Associate who is currently working in a comparable environment and has the ability to taken on a high degree of responsibility from the outset.

Requirements
- Qualified Private Equity Associate with between 4 - 6 years' PQE
- Broad experience in a top tier Private Equity practice in London or other common law jurisdiction
- Excellent academics
