Form of workWe are looking for an Associate to work for a boutique advisory firm, working with investors at leading Private Equity firms to help them collaborate with the best advisors throughout a given deal process. This helps their clients to make better-informed investment decisions and build value-creation angles through collaborating with industry leaders with the relevant expertise.
The international client base includes most tier-1 Private Equity firms like Blackstone, KKR, CVC, Bain, Apax, Ardian, EQT, Permira, PAI, etc.. and the company operates globally with offices in London and New York.

The role: Associates are at the core of our business and key members of the execution team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- conducting granular, qualitative research into various sectors and industries, in order to identify and map the key organisations and executives in a given ecosystem
- interviewing and securing these experienced C-level executives and thought-leaders as advisors to our clients.
- presenting research findings to our PE clients and recommending the most relevant advisors for the given deal process.
As part of either the TMT or Business/Financial Services team, you will quickly build knowledge around key industry trends and get to know a great variety of businesses and market segments. You will also gain exposure to senior executives and PE investors from day one. As you will be joining a rapidly growing business with a lean team structure, you will quickly be offered substantial responsibility.

- £35,000 - 37,500k base (depending on experience) + generous bonus scheme (we would expect Associates to earn £45k-60k in their first year)
