European Private Markets Firm – IR Senior Associate

Our client is a well-known private markets fund and they are looking to add a Senior Associate into their tight knit Investor Relations team. Reporting into the head of the team, you will help lead project management tasks autonomously for fundraises across Private Equity & Private Credit strategies, as well as supporting on the management of existing LPs. You will act as the main point of contact and conduit for the Private Credit team.

You will prepare communication and marketing materials for existing or prospective investors, draft fundraising documents such as PPMs/RFPs/DDQs, help prepare for investor meetings and work closely with various internal teams to ensure best process. There will be various research and other ad-hoc projects to your role. As you grow in the role, you will gain more exposure to LP’s and begin to build relationships, but worth noting that this will not naturally develop into a coverage role.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in a technical role (accounting or investment banking preferred), followed by experience in Investor Relations

• Knowledge of and interest in the Private Credit investment market

• A chartered accountancy, the CFA or CAIA qualifications would be desirable

• Refined financial and analytical skills combined with very strong attention to detail

• A team player approach
